Government Users are Cambodian ministries, agencies and authorities which are working on national, regional and sub-regional levels. TSBR-ED's Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provides them the mandate and framework, needed to share data and information, both amongst themselves, and with other user groups and stakeholders. This website provides them the platform for that sharing and collaboration.
