A news reader or "aggregator" collects feeds and organizes contents from RSS-reading websites. It provides a simple way to read the feeds. To use the RSS feed, copy the URL and paste it into your RSS News Reader, or click on the RSS link next to the topic and follow the instructions for your Reader.
Different RSS Readers work with different operating systems, so you will need to find one that works with your computer, or one that is Web-based if you use Internet cafes or want the same options anywhere you go.
